The Infrastructure Development Authority, Punjab invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of Laboratory Miscellaneous Equipment (Package No. 18 Lot-F) on DAP and DDP basis for the establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II located at G-11/3, Islamabad. This procurement includes supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of specialized laboratory equipment to support clinical and diagnostic services at the Polyclinic. Items being procured: - AutoClave Lab 100 L - Laminar Flow Safety Cabinet Type II B2 (2 units) - CO2 Incubator - Microtome - Stainer Slide Automatic (2 units) - Tissue Embedding System - Tissue Processor Enclosed System - Real Time PCR System The technical scope covers high-quality, internationally certified equipment with comprehensive warranties and post-warranty service contracts. The equipment must comply with FDA 510K, CE, JIS, MHLW certifications and ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 13485:2016 quality standards. Installation includes all civil and MEP works required for operational readiness. Bidders must provide clinical and technical training for operators and pathologists at the installation site. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with SECP or relevant authorities, tax registration, non-blacklisting affidavits, and proven experience with similar medical equipment. Joint ventures are allowed with a maximum of three members and a nominated lead member. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on October 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM at IDAP Lahore office, and bid submission deadline on October 26, 2026, at 3:30 PM via EPADS v2.0.
