Procurement of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical/Disposable Items, X-Ray Films, Chemical and Contrast Media, Endovascular Instruments, Orthopaedic Implants for Financial Year 2027-28

The Health Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites bids for the procurement of various medical and surgical supplies under a frame work contract for the financial year 2027-28. This procurement includes a wide range of essential healthcare items to support hospitals and health facilities across Sindh province. Items being procured: - Drugs / Medicines (Anti Bacterial / Antibiotic / Anaesthetic Drugs / Obstetrics / Ophthalmic / ENT Drugs) - Drugs / Medicines (Plasma Expander & Large Volume Parenterals) - Syringes / I.V. Cannula / CVP Lines - Surgical / Disposable / Sundries / Sutures / Disinfectant / Antiseptic & Other Allied Items - Sundries / Cotton Bandages / Drips - Endovascular Equipment - Orthopaedic Implants - Drugs / Medicines (General Medicines / Hormones / Dermatology / Drugs of Cardiology) - Oncology Drugs - Psychotropic Drugs - Vaccine / Immunoglobulin / Antiviral / Hepatitis Drugs - Dental Material - X-Ray Films / Chemical / Contrast Media & Other Related Drugs - Cardiac Medical Devices The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope method. Bidders must be registered on the FBR/SRB Active Taxpayers List and comply with all relevant rules. The bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available for download from the Sindh e-Procurement portal. The bid security and tender fee are fixed at Rs. 5,000 for each item. The bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 27 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon at Fatima Engineer Auditorium, Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi. Manual bids will not be accepted. Interested bidders should ensure timely registration on the EPADS system and submission of all required documents. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or CDR is mandatory.
