Procurement of Laboratory Tests and Pathology Services on Delivered Duty Paid Basis for FY 2026-27

The Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura invites E-Bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Laboratory Tests and Pathology Services on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is under the budget umbrella of the Government of Punjab, Health & Population Department. Items being procured: - Laboratory Tests - Pathology Services The contract is a framework agreement for the supply of these services. The central pathology services contract is already operating at DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura through the Government of Punjab Health & Population Department. This contract will not operate in parallel but may extend pathology services/tests by up to 10 or 15% for the Government All-Asia Hospital & College of Paramedical Sciences, Nangal Sadhan, Muridkey on a need basis. Bidders must prepare and submit a detailed bid listing all items/products intended to be quoted, attaching all relevant documents and samples as per Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) requirements. Only typed quoted rates will be accepted. Bid security of 2% is required as mentioned online. Samples of each quoted item must be submitted before the closing time or as specified by the procuring agency. Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The last date for uploading/submission of E-Bids is 03rd October 2026 till 11:00 AM on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late applications will not be entertained. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. All original affidavits must be received in the Procurement Branch before closing date and time. Bids must be submitted as per instructions in the bidding documents.
