Tender Description
The Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Institute of Trauma Karachi invites reputable firms registered on ePADS SPPRA and tax payers with applicable tax authorities (GST, NTN, FBR List & SRB) to submit bids for multiple procurement items under framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes a diverse range of essential goods and services required for hospital operations and patient care.

- Laundry Consumables on Framework Contract Basis
- CSSD Consumables on Framework Contract Basis
- Diet for Patients (Diet-Enteric and Food Feeding Supplements) on Framework Contract Basis
- Stationery Items on Framework Contract Basis
- Uniform & Protective Clothing on Framework Contract Basis
- IT Equipment on Framework Contract Basis
- Fire & Safety Equipment on Framework Contract Basis
- Drugs / Medicines / Disposable Items on 24/7 Emergency Basis

The scope covers supply of consumables, protective clothing, IT and fire safety equipment, medicines, and printing materials necessary for the hospital's daily functions. Bidders must have relevant experience and capabilities, and comply with the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure as per SPPRA Rule 46(1). Earnest money in the form of 5% of the quoted amount is required as bid security.
Tender documents containing BOQ, specifications, terms, and conditions can be purchased from the Planning & Procurement Department, 13th Floor, SMBB Institute of Trauma, Karachi, through pay order in favor of the institute. Documents are also downloadable from the SPPRA website. Bids will be opened online on 1st October 2026 at 11:00 AM via e-procurement portal.
