Procurement of LN2 Containers, AI Accessories, Chemicals and Equipment for Parentage Confirmation by Directorate of Research Center for Conservation of Indigenous Breeds (RCCIB) Jhang

The Directorate of Research Center for Conservation of Indigenous Breeds (RCCIB) Jhang under the L&DD Department Punjab Lahore invites sealed tenders for procurement of LN2 containers (2 & 50 liters), AI accessories including Ear tags, AI Sheaths & AI gloves, and chemicals and equipment for parentage confirmation for DNA diose/triose confirmation for QCL lab for the year 2026-2027. This procurement is part of the CM Punjab Herd Transformation Form to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase II) on a FOR basis against Development budget amounting to Rs. 44.202 Million. Items being procured: - Liquid Nitrogen Container (2 Liters & 50 liters) approx. quantity 25+15 - Printed Ear Tags, AI Sheaths and AI Gloves approx. quantity 708000 each - Chemicals and equipment for parentage confirmation as per bidding documents Lot No. 3 (i to xvii) The quantities may be increased or decreased depending on availability of funds and rates quoted by firms. Interested eligible bidders may download bidding documents from the e-procurement portal and PPRA website containing terms, conditions, and detailed specifications free of cost from the date of uploading. The bidding procedure is single stage two envelopes as per PPRA Rule No. 38 (2)(a) after observing e-procurement procedure. Technical and Financial proposals must be uploaded separately on the e-procurement app. Bidders must fill all proforma, sign and stamp each page, and upload before closing date and time i.e. 29.08.2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM. Financial proposals of technically responsive bids will be opened on 08.09.2026 at 10:00 AM in presence of bidders or representatives. Earnest money @2% of total estimated price of each lot in shape of call deposit (CDR) from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Director RCCIB Jhang must be submitted before opening of technical proposal. The procuring agency may reject all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rules 2014. The PPRA website and e-procurement portal will calculate response time from date of publication of advertisement.
