The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of goods described in the bidding documents on EPADS v2.0. The procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and involves the purchase of 62,500 metric tons +/- 5% molso of long grain white rice (IRRI-6) 100% broken double polished on CIF Free Out Dakar, Senegal and Banjul, The Gambia basis in break bulk / containerized shipments. Items being procured: - 62,500 Metric Tons +/- 5% Molso of Long Grain White Rice (IRRI-6) 100% Broken Double Polished on CIF Free Out Dakar, Senegal and Banjul, The Gambia Basis in Break Bulk / Containerized Shipments The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations and guidelines. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the bidding documents in the form of Banker's Cheque or Bank Guarantee or a bid securing declaration as specified. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/92800. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 8, 2026, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement as per Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
