Procurement of LT CT 400/5Amp Current Transformers for Lahore Electric Supply Company

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of LT CT 400/5Amp current transformers under Tender No. 4419 (LT CT 400/5Amp) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned for delivery to multiple regional stores including Shalamar, Walgon Sohail, and Pattoki in Lahore. Items being procured: - LT CT 400/5Amp Current Transformers (Quantity: 1000 Nos) The transformers must comply strictly with Specification No. DDS-80:2007 (Amended to date) and conform to the standards of NGC/PPMC. Prototype approval from the Stands & Specifications Department of PPMC Lahore is mandatory before mass production. The bidder must be a manufacturer or authorized supplier with valid prototype approval or must obtain it within the stipulated time. Delays in prototype submission will attract liquidated damages. Inspection will be conducted at the manufacturer's premises by authorized representatives of LESCO and PPMC. The delivery schedule requires 100% quantity to be supplied within 90 days from the issuance of the purchase order. Early supply is acceptable. Bidders must be registered with FBR, be on the Active Taxpayer List, and prequalified with LESCO/DISCO/WAPDA under the relevant category. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by September 3, 2026, 10:30 AM, with original bid security submitted physically at 22-A Queens Road Lahore before the deadline.
