Procurement of LT CT 800/5 Amp Current Transformers by LESCO Material Management Lahore

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) Material Management department invites sealed bids for the procurement of LT CT 800/5 Amp current transformers under Tender No. 4418 (LT CT 800/5Amp) for the financial year 2026-27. The prototype testing process includes submission of samples within 30 days of contract signing, with liquidated damages applicable for delays. Failure to obtain prototype approval after two attempts will result in disqualification and contract cancellation. The manufacturer is responsible for all testing charges and must maintain in-house testing facilities approved by PPMC. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration with active taxpayer status, prequalification with LESCO/DISCO/WAPDA under the relevant material category, and submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal.
