Procurement of Mandrel of M-I Machine for Hydraulic Autofrettage 125 MM Barrel

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids for the procurement of a Mandrel of M-I Machine for Hydraulic Autofrettage 125 MM Barrel. This procurement is under Tender No 5126/IT-5703/2026-27/FOB/GF/SCM dated 21 August 2026, with a delivery period of 8 months after signing the contract. A postal order of Rs 2,000/- must be enclosed with the technical bid. Bidders must submit two separate envelopes containing the technical and financial proposals, sealed and marked accordingly. The bid security must be submitted as per the instructions, with amounts varying based on firm registration status. The bid validity period is 180 days. Payment terms include 70% payment on shipping documents and 30% on consignee receipt certificate. Performance, warranty, and advance bank guarantees are mandatory. The tender opening will be held on 01 October 2026 at 1100 hours at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. Bids must be submitted by 10:30 hours on the same day at Tender Box Gate No 5, HIT Taxila Cantt.
