Tender Description
Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms authorized by DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC for supply of electrical relays with free delivery at GEPCO Warehouse Wazirabad. Items being procured:
- DC Supervision Relays (234 units)
- Earth Leakage Relays (CME) (35 units)
- Auxiliary Tripping Relays for Transformer RP (Latched Type) (25 units)
- Under/Over Voltage Relay (30 units)
The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated. The scope includes supply of relays suitable for electrical power systems, meeting technical specifications detailed in the bidding documents available on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 before the tender opening date and submit bids electronically.
Eligibility criteria include a bid guarantee of PKR 0.425 million for NCB-STG-17 and PKR 0.375 million for NCB-STG-18, with an average annual turnover requirement of PKR 17 million and PKR 15 million respectively for the last three years. Delivery period is 120 days from purchase order issuance.
Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bidders should ensure bid price includes GST and all applicable taxes. Technical bids must include valid type test reports from designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023. Late or conditional bids or those without required bid guarantee will be rejected.
The bid opening is scheduled for 21 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:05 AM respectively. Interested bidders should regularly check the EPADS V2.0 website for clarifications and submit queries at least three days prior to tender opening.
