Procurement of Medical Oxygen Cylinders for Balochistan Institute of Nephro-Urology Quetta

The Balochistan Institute of Nephro-Urology Quetta (BINUQ) invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of medical oxygen cylinders. Items being procured: - Medical Oxygen Cylinders (Total Item(s) Count: 2) Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules–2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth 3,000,000 PKR in the previous 3 years, with a turnover of at least 3,000,000 PKR in the last 3 years. Bidders must have active tax payer status with valid sales tax certificates and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible. Bid security of 500,000 PKR must be submitted in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of 1,000 PKR issuance fee. The last date for bid submission is 08 October 2026 by 10:00 AM, with tender opening at 11:00 AM the same day at the office of the undersigned. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids according to the single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Submission of bid security and compliance with all bidding document requirements is mandatory to avoid disqualification. For successful participation, bidders should ensure timely registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and adhere strictly to the deadlines.
