Procurement of Medicine, Surgical Disposable & Other Consumable Items for Admitted Patients Sehat Sahulat Program

District Headquarters Hospital Haripur, under the Health Department of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids through the EPADS e-procurement system for the procurement of medicines, surgical disposable and other consumable items specifically for admitted patients under the Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP). Items being procured: - Medicine - Surgical disposable items - Other consumable items for admitted patients under SSP The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014, Rule No. 6 (2) a, s Rule no. 31-a, for the fiscal year 2026-27. The bidding process is conducted via the EPADS KP-PPRA portal at https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/. Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) are available for download by registered firms on the portal. Bidders must upload their bids via the EPADS portal in accordance with system requirements. Submission of bids outside EPADS will not be accepted. A mandatory Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 800,000 must be submitted in original hard copy to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Haripur before 10:30 AM on 16-11-2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The approved rate will remain effective until 30-06-2027 or until the next tender is finalized. All government taxes will apply as per applicable laws. Bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the FBR-ATL. The hospital reserves the right to verify all documents and certificates and may reject bids if documents are found fake or forged. The procuring entity may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance after intimation to bidders. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid documents are properly paginated and sequenced as per the BSDs to avoid disqualification during technical evaluation.
