Supply of NIV Lab Kits to Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of NIV Lab Kits comprising 16 specific medical items. Items being procured include: - Methanol or equivalent (5 Ltr Bottle, 40 units) - Bata Thal Short HPLC Dual Kit (20 units) - A2F Control Kit HPLC or equivalent (9 units) - Printer Paper B-221 or equivalent (36 units) - Zeeson COVID-19 PCR Amplification Kit or equivalent (10 units) - Filter Paper Large or equivalent (300 packets) - Device for Drug of Abuse Urine (4 x Analytes) Kit (200 kits) - Cyto-Diluent 20 Ltr Test Pack (20 packets) - Plasma Collection Kit with ACDA Bag (Fresenius) or equivalent (400 packets) - Coombs Card (IgG) or equivalent (54 packets) - LISS Coombs Gel Card or equivalent (216 packets) - Hemolynac-3 or equivalent (108 bottles) - Tissue Embedding Casseting or equivalent (150 boxes) - LISS Diluents or equivalent (118 bottles) - YST Test Kit VTK2 or equivalent (15 kits) - PSAP Antibody for IHC or equivalent (10 vials) The procurement covers supply for the financial year 2027-28 with delivery scheduled from 1st July 2027 to 30th June 2028. All items must comply with specified technical standards, shelf life requirements, and packaging norms. Firms must submit technical and commercial offers in separate sealed envelopes following the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Earnest money in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order is mandatory and must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope with the technical offer. Only firms registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR are eligible. Registration or willingness to register with DGDP is required. Inspection will be conducted by Pakistan Navy Medical Stores Depot at Karachi and Islamabad. Payment terms are 80% on inspection note and 20% after issuance of CRV. Bids must be delivered to Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Bahria Gate, Near SNID Centre, Naval Residential Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad by 18 November 2026 at 1030 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1100 hours. Bidders are advised to carefully follow all instructions and submit complete documentation to avoid rejection.
