Procurement of Medicines, Small Medical Appliances, Chemical & Laboratory Kits, and X Ray Films & Chemicals

This tender is issued by the PESSI Maternal, Newborn & Child Health Centre located at Kotlakhpat, Ferozepur Road Lahore. The contracts are on a FOR basis and will be concluded through Punjab E-Procurement using a Single Stage – Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Technical and Financial proposals must be uploaded separately on the Punjab E-Procurement platform. Eligible bidders should have valid PEC registration if applicable, active FBR registration, and relevant experience in supplying medical and laboratory items. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost for each lot and must be submitted as per E-Procurement format before the closing date and time. The tender closing date is 15-August-2026. Bidders can submit their bids online on Punjab E-Procurement till 11:00 AM on the closing date. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
