Procurement of Medicines, Surgical Items, Disposables and Other Consumables for Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) Patients

The Health Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed and electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) for the procurement of Medicines, Surgical Items, Disposables, and Other Consumables specifically for Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) Patients for the financial year 2026-2027 at Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital Category-C / THQ Hospital, Takht Bhai, District Mardan. Items being procured: - Medicines - Surgical Items - Disposables - Other Consumables for SSP Patients The procurement will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure under Rule 6(2)(a) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules, 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Valid NTN/STRN/GST registration and Drug Sale License or Drug Manufacturing License applicable to the quoted items are mandatory. Registration on the e-PADS/KPPRA system and with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) is also required. Blacklisted or debarred firms are not eligible. A mandatory bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital / THQ Hospital, Takht Bhai, must accompany each bid. Pay Orders and cheques will not be accepted. Bidding documents are available for download via the e-PADS portal or from the office of the Medical Superintendent as specified. The last date for bid submission is 13-10-2026 till 10:00 am, with bid opening at 11:00 am the same day. Bid validity is 90 days from the date of bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS system at https://epads.gov.pk. Late bids or those without the requisite CDR will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
