The Directorate of Livestock Dairy Development & Poultry Production GB invites tenders for procurement of essential items and services for various offices during the financial year 2026-27 in Gilgit. This procurement is aimed at supporting the Directorate's operations with quality medicines, vaccines, veterinary equipment, lab consumables, and vehicle repair services. Items being procured: - Purchase of Medicines / Vaccines / Veterinary Equipments / Instruments (Bid Value: Rs. 45.5 Million) - Lab Consumables (Bid Value: Rs. 2.0 Million) - Repair of Vehicles (Bid Value: Rs. 4.0 Million) The tender process will be conducted on a single stage two envelope basis for each component. Suppliers for medicines must have their own setup in Gilgit-Baltistan and hold a valid drug sale license from the concerned department. Bidders must provide relevant experience certificates, Form-C, registration, and an original bank statement for the last one year (July 2025 to date). Priority will be given to contractors with specific experience and setup. A bank statement showing a minimum balance of Rs. 10.00 million must be attached with the tender documents for the medicines procurement only. Quotations must be computerized; handwritten rates will not be accepted. Delivery time is a maximum of three weeks from the supply order date, with earnest money forfeited and blacklisting for failure to comply. Rates for medicines and lab consumables will be decided on an item bid basis, while vehicle repair will be on a lot bid basis. The Directorate reserves the right to inspect and test medicine samples through authorized laboratories. Income tax will be deducted as per government rules. After acceptance, a registered stamp paper agreement will be signed between successful suppliers and the Directorate.
