Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the procurement of miscellaneous hardware materials under tender number FCS/NSR/TE/031/26 for its Charsadda Camp located near Mardan Road, Charsadda. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to supply essential store stock items to support ongoing operations at the camp.

- M.S Bar Deformed GR-60 (1540 Kg)
- Binding Wire SWG 22, Size 0.71MM (12 Kg)
- M.S Plate Size 3/8" x 4' x 8' (7.425 Sqm)
- H.Beam Size 6" x 6" x 3/8" (6 Mtr)
- M.S Plate Perforated 1/16" (16 SWG) (20.79 Sqm)
- Deformed Steel Bar Gr 40 Dia = 3/8" (430 Kg)
- Deformed Steel Bar Gr 40 Dia = 3/4" (1000 Kg)
- M.S Sheet 8' x 4' x 1/2" (2.97 Sqm)
- Deformed Steel Bar Gr 40 Dia = 1/2" (50 Kg)
- Welding Electrodes AWS E-6010 Size 5/32" x 13.8" (14 Kg)
- Welding Electrodes 5/32" E-7010 (14 Kg)
The materials must be brand new and conform to the technical specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Delivery is required within 15 days of purchase order issuance at the SNGPL Charsadda Camp near 1122 Office, Charsadda. Sub-standard or defective materials will be replaced at no cost. Bidders must be registered with FBR and hold a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2026-27. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is mandatory.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal before 3:00 PM on September 16, 2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM through EPADS. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully. Late delivery penalties of 0.14% per day up to 10% of the delayed portion will be enforced.
