Procurement of Miscellaneous Items and Services for Police Department Rawalpindi for FY 2026-27

The contract includes both goods and works with a total estimated cost exceeding **PKR 962.5 million**. Bidders must be registered with FBR, possess NTN and Sales Tax registration, and provide a Police Character Certificate. A performance certificate on stamp paper worth Rs. 3000/- is required to confirm no criminal record or default. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through the Punjab e-procurement system by 10-08-2026 up to 10:30 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders’ representatives. Earnest money of 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted via CDR through PSID from the Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
