Procurement of Miscellaneous Items Including Electronic Communication, IT Equipment, Furniture, Plant & Machinery for Police Department Rawalpindi

The Police Department Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 Phase-II under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. This procurement is for various miscellaneous items on FOB basis, intended for use by the Police Department in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The items being procured include: - AO3204 Electronic Communication (Tracking System of Police Vehicles) - AO3304 Hot & Cold items - AO9203 IT Equipment - AO3970-037 Sports items - AO3970-040 Bed & Boxes - AO3970-044 Tents & Pauls, Canopy/Shamiyana/Kanat, Etc - AO3970-050 Road safety Products - A13201 Repair of Furniture, Fixture & other Furniture items - A13101 Repair of Plant & Machinery - AO9601 Purchase of Plant & Machinery - AO9701 Purchase of Furniture, Fixture & other Furniture items - AO9899/AO9802 Prefabricated Fiber Cabin Purchase of Other physical items The technical scope covers supply of electronic communication systems, IT equipment, sports items, furniture, plant and machinery, repair and purchase of furniture and fixtures, road safety products, tents and canopies, and prefabricated fiber cabins. Bidders must be experienced, financially sound, and registered with income tax and sales tax departments as active taxpayers. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope) procedures. Bidders are advised to submit technical and financial bids separately. Earnest money in the form of CDR at 3% of the estimated cost is required for each lot. The bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and Punjab e-procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. Bids must be uploaded by 26-08-2026 up to 10:30 AM, with technical and financial bids opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. The successful bidder will provide items within 7 days of supply order issuance and deposit 5% performance guarantee through PSID from the Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. All rates must be inclusive of GST/PST and government taxes valid till 30/06/2027. Bidders must provide NTN, Sales Tax registration, professional tax, Punjab Sales Tax return, Income Tax certification, Police Character Certificate, and a performance certificate on stamp paper of Rs. 3000 stating no default or litigation. Samples of each item may be required for quality verification at bid opening. Spare parts must be genuine. The department reserves the right to reject any bids in line with PPRA Rules 2014.
