Procurement of Miscellaneous Items and Repair Services for Police College Sihala

Police College Sihala, Rawalpindi, is inviting bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the procurement of various miscellaneous items and repair services for the financial year 2026-27, up to 30-06-2027. The procurement is based on Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and bids are to be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System before 11:00 am on 7th August 2026. Items being procured: - Surveillance equipment - Hot & Cold items - Office Stationery/ Computer Stationery items - Rifle oil/CHINDI and weapon equipment (Ordnance Store) - Training Aid equipments - Sports/ Gymnasium items - Repair of machinery and equipment - Repair of furniture and fixture/purchase of misc items - Repair of transports and purchase of tyres/spare parts along with list of vehicles - Oil & Lubricant of vehicles and Generators - Misc: items (electronic/electrical, sanitary, water filters cartridges and equipment, cleaning items, crockery & computer equipment/Estable etc.) - Electronic communication articles/items - Tent & Tarpaulins/Sports articles - Maintenance & Repair Works of Buildings - Purchase of Furniture & Beds and Boxes - IT Equipment’s, Computer Hardware & Software - Cost of Other Stores, Ordinance Store - Others, Purchase of Furniture & Fixture, Plant & Machinery - Medicines for College Dispensary - LPG with 45KG Cylinder The scope covers supply and repair services at Police College Sihala, including electrical, mechanical, furniture, IT hardware and software, medical supplies, and LPG cylinders. The site is located on Kahuta Road, Rawalpindi. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have relevant experience, and comply with PEC categories where applicable. Earnest Money and Performance Guarantee are required at 3% of the bid price, submitted digitally via Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Technical bids will be opened on 7th August 2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives at Police College Sihala. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation on a date fixed by the Punjab e-Procurement System.
