Procurement of MT Spares and Engine Assembly for Army Tanks

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) located near 502 Central Base Workshop EME, Main Adyala Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of specific military tank spares and engine assemblies. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA rules with emphasis on avoiding exorbitant rates. Items being procured: - Procurement of 14 x MT Spares (FCS/GCS) for Tk VT-4 (Nos) - 03x Spares for Tk T-80UD (Ukrainian Origin) (Nos) - Engine Assembly 6TD-2 for Tk Al-Khalid on FOB (CPT) Basis (11 Nos) - Procurement of 20 x MT Spares (D&M) (Nos) The delivery period for all items is 12-15 months after signing of contract. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) upon submission of required documents including registration certificates, NTN certificate, proof of godown, financial capability undertaking, bank statement, CNIC copy of MD, and other relevant certifications. Registered and unregistered firms must submit challan form no. 32-A for Rs 2000/- deposited in Govt Treasury in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi. Bid security of 5% of quoted value (max Rs. 1 million) through bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi is mandatory as earnest money. Offers must remain valid for 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. Performance bank guarantee of 10% of store value is required within 30-45 days of contract signing.
