Procurement of Noise Less Compressor

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and suppliers for the procurement of Noise Less Compressors to be delivered at Gun Factory, HIT Taxila Cantt. This procurement is critical to ensure uninterrupted compressed air supply for CNC and allied machines used in production activities, including CNC Boring Machine, Honing Machine, EDM, PAMA, and CNC Vertical Milling. The items being procured are: - Noise Less Compressor (Qty: 5 Nos) with specifications: Max Air Pressure 15 Bar, Flow Rate 2 m3/min at 15 Bar, Power Capacity 15 KW, Tank Storage Capacity 500 Liters, Noise Level DB 45~65. The compressors must be brand new, conforming to the latest approved drawings and technical specifications as per Annexure G. Inspection and testing will be conducted by the Purchaser's appointed team according to Acceptance Test Procedures. Warranty and performance guarantees are mandatory, with a warranty period of 12 months after acceptance. Bidders must submit bids in two envelopes: Technical Proposal (including muted bid security and required documents) and Financial Proposal (with actual bid security and prices). A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, and compliance with DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules. Firms must not be blacklisted or debarred. Bid security is required as per instructions, with 2% of quoted value for registered firms (max Rs 0.5 million) and 5% for unregistered firms (max Rs 1 million). Delivery period is 2 months after contract signing. Bids must be submitted by 04 Nov 2026 at 1000 hours at Tender Box Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt. Opening of Technical Bids will be at 1030 hours same day. Bidders should ensure compliance with all mandatory conditions, provide all required documentation including audit reports, bank statements, CNIC copies, OEM agreements, and certificates of eligibility/non-blacklisting. Technical and financial proposals must be complete and signed by authorized representatives. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
