Tender Description
Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Provincial Office Sindh Karachi invites suppliers registered with FBR for procurement under a single stage-two envelope procedure. The procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and covers two main categories of items for various districts of Sindh.
Items being procured:
- Note books for thirty eight (38) PBM-Schools for Rehabilitation of Child Labor (SRCLs)
- Gadgets, cloths and raw material for thirty four (34) PBM-Women Empowerment Centres (WECs)
The procurement involves supplying educational and empowerment materials to support vulnerable groups in Sindh. The note books are intended for SRCL schools, while the gadgets, cloths, and raw materials are for women empowerment centers. The scope includes delivery to designated locations after inspection by the committee.
Eligible bidders must be FBR active taxpayers and registered firms, distributors, or manufacturers. Earnest money in the form of CDR or pay order is required as per the specified amounts for each lot. Technical bids will be opened on 13-08-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the PBM Provincial Office Sindh.
The submission deadline for e-bids is 13-08-2026 at 11:00 AM via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System 2.0. Financial bids will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your FBR registration and NTN status are active and clearly documented in your bid. Also, carefully prepare your technical bid with all required samples and documents to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
