Procurement of Office Furniture for Capacity Building Unit Punjab

The Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department Government of the Punjab, through its Program Implementation Unit (PIU) for Capacity Building for Nursing and Allied Health Professionals, Lahore, invites eligible furniture manufacturers to participate in the procurement of office furniture. This procurement is aimed at supplying, delivering, and installing office furniture to support the capacity building initiatives in the health sector. Items being procured: - Procurement of Office Furniture The scope includes supply, delivery, and installation of office furniture as per the specifications detailed in the bidding documents. The procurement is managed by the Program Implementation Unit located at 1st Floor, EOBI Corporate Tower, 260 Johar Town Road near Ayub Chowk, Trade Centre Aitchison Society, Lahore. Eligible bidders must be registered furniture manufacturers with valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Punjab Sales Tax (PST) registrations. The bidding process requires submission of bids electronically through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-Procurement Portal. Bidders should ensure compliance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and submit the original bid security in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of the Program Director, PIU, before the bid closing time. The bid security amount is Rs. 1,000,000, which is 5% of the estimated cost. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the PIU office. Interested bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience in furniture manufacturing and supply. The deadline for bid submission is August 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
