Procurement of Office Stationary, Computer Stationary, Printing & Publication, Cost of Other Stores, Others and Entertainment & Gifts

The Local Government and Community Development Department Punjab Lahore invites bids through e-Procurement from registered firms and suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Department for procurement of Office Stationary, Computer Stationary, Printing & Publication, Cost of Other Stores, Others and Entertainment & Gifts for the current financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Office Stationary - Computer Stationary - Printing & Publication - Cost of Other Stores - Others - Entertainment & Gifts Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 4.5% of the total estimated cost in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in favor of Section Officer (General), LG&CD Department Punjab Civil Secretariat Lahore by 07.09.2026 till 11:00 am on Punjab e-Procurement System. Hard copies or late submissions will be rejected. Minimum two years business history from the date of authorization is required. An affidavit on stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation involvement is mandatory. Other required documents include Bank Certificate, Statement/Balance Sheet, Financial Soundness, Company Profile, General Sales Tax Number, Proof of NTN and Income Tax Payslips, Professional Tax, FBR Registration, and two years audit report. The procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). Bid documents with detailed requirements are available on the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened on 07.09.2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of authorized representatives. Bidders are advised to quote rates for all items of respective lots/packages; partial bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. Also, keep a sample of each item ready for inspection four days before the technical bids opening.
