The Police Department Battalion Commander Battalion No. 02 Punjab Constabulary Rawat Rawalpindi invites bids for a comprehensive procurement covering multiple categories for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is aimed at well-reputed and registered firms capable of supplying and servicing a wide range of items and works required by the department in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Purchase of Office Stationery - Purchase of Computer Stationery - Purchase of Printing Items - Purchase of Others including Miscellaneous & Electrical items, Cleanliness items, Exhibition Fair & Other items - Purchase/Services Repair of Furniture, Fixture & other Furniture Items - Purchase/Services Repair of Machinery, Equipment Items - Purchase/Services Repair of Transport Items - Purchase of Lubricants, Mobil Oil - Purchase of Uniforms and Protective Clothing - Other Building Repair/Renovation of all kinds of Govt./Police Buildings and boundary wall - Residential Buildings, Annexes and Family Quarters (white wash, repair/maintenance) The scope includes supply and repair services for stationery, furniture, machinery, transport, lubricants, uniforms, and extensive building maintenance and renovation works. The site is the Battalion No. 2 premises in Rawalpindi. The tender requires firms with relevant PEC categories, FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience in similar government contracts. Bidders must submit their bids by 12 August 2026 before 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders. Earnest Money in the form of CDR at 3% of the estimated cost is mandatory. The successful bidders will also provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the total contract cost. Tender documents can be obtained from the SP/Battalion Commander office against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 500.
