Tender Description
Wah Industries Limited (WIL) invites sealed quotations for the procurement of various oils and lubricants required for their operations at Wah Cantt, Punjab. This tender is an opportunity for suppliers to provide high-quality industrial oils and lubricants to a reputable organization. The items being procured include:
- Oil Gear HK-10, 90 EP-VP 220, DIN 51509 ISO, 1 LTR (820 units)
- Industrial Oil (Hydraulic Oil) ISO VG-32, 2 LTR (700 units)
- Coolant Oil Solester 520, 90 x (1560 units)
- Grease Lithium Complex, EP 2VG 460, 4 KG (350 units)
The technical scope requires suppliers to provide samples of each quoted item along with their technical offer. The materials must meet the specified standards and be delivered free of cost to POF stores in Sanjwal Cantt. Offers must remain valid for at least 90 days from the tender opening date. Suppliers must submit their bids in two parts: a technical offer without price and a commercial offer with price, each sealed separately. The tender must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2500 and a bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favor of Wah Industries Limited. State-owned organizations are exempt from bid money.
The tender opening will take place at 11:30 hours on 15-10-2026, and bids must reach the POF Bid Center by 11:00 hours on the same day. Late submissions will not be entertained. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond up to 10% of the contract value. Payment will be made by the CFO WIL through crossed cheques upon receipt and acceptance of the stores. Suppliers must also provide a certificate from the Excise & Taxation Department confirming clearance of all professional taxes.
