Procurement of Oxygen Flowmeter

The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) Lahore invites e-bids from original manufacturers or distributors of foreign/local manufacturers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for the procurement of Oxygen Flowmeter. Items being procured: - Oxygen Flowmeter (Qty: 50) The bidding procedure follows a single stage single envelope system as per PPRA Punjab rules. Bidders must submit their bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 06-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid security required is 2% of the estimated amount, amounting to Rs. 19,500, which must be submitted electronically in the prescribed manner. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 22-09-2026 at 12:00 PM in the conference room of the supply chain department Tower-A. Interested bidders can obtain further information from the Supply Chain department during office hours 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
