Repair and Hiring Services for Distribution Transformers and Energy Meters in PESCO Region

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders to submit e-bids for procurement under FY 2026-27. The procurement involves repair and reclamation of distribution transformers and hiring services for shifting and refixing energy meters in the PESCO operational area covering Mardan, Charsadda, Shabqadar, and D.I Khan Circle. Items being procured: - Repair/Reclamation of Distribution Transformers (25 kVA, 50 kVA, 100 kVA & 200 kVA) for Mardan, Charsadda and Shabqadar - Hiring Services of a Contractor for Shifting/Refixing of Single-Phase and Three-Phase Energy Meters Outside Domestic Premises, Markets, Plazas and Commercial Shops on Meter Mounting Frames in PESCO D.I Khan Circle The scope includes technical repair of transformers of various capacities and professional contractor services for meter shifting and refixing on mounting frames in specified areas. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan, favoring CEO PESCO, Peshawar, is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The original bid security along with a covering letter must be submitted in a sealed envelope at Room No. 310, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar before the closing time. The deadline for bid submission is Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.
