Procurement of Packaged Milk for APC Factory Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) APC Factory invites bids for the procurement of Packaged Milk to be delivered at APC Factory, Taxila Cantt. This tender is issued under PPRA Rules 2004 and subsequent amendments. The procurement includes supply of high-quality packaged milk conforming to the specified nutritional and packaging standards. Delivery is to be made at APC Factory, Heavy Industries Taxila at the firm's expense within 15 days after contract signing. Bidders must provide an advance sample on a no cost no obligation basis for quality evaluation. Eligibility criteria include FBR registration with active taxpayer status, no blacklisting or defaulting certificates, and compliance with technical specifications. A bid security of Rs. 40,000 in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Performance Bank Guarantee of 5% of contract value is required upon award. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1230 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. The evaluation will follow the Least Cost Method with technical responsiveness and eligibility checks. Payment terms are 100% on Consignee Receipt Certificate with no partial payments allowed. Warranty period is 3 months after issuance of CRV.
