Procurement of Photocopier on DDP Basis by National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Lahore

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Lahore invites sealed bids for the procurement of a high-quality photocopier on DDP basis under Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform, ensuring transparency and ease of participation for eligible bidders. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per Public Procurement Rules, 2026. Items being procured: - Photocopier (Digital Laser Electrostatic with Multifunction capabilities: photocopy, print, scan, fax optional) The photocopier must be a renowned brand such as Xerox, Konica Minolta, Ricoh or equivalent, with specifications including 4 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD storage, 1.6 GHz quad core processor, USB 2.0, Ethernet, Wi-Fi connectivity, and compatibility with Windows, Linux, Unix, and Mac operating systems. It should feature a 6-inch or larger LCD panel, monthly duty cycle of 100,000 copies, floor-standing configuration with integrated paper cabinet, two spare toner cartridges each with 15,000 pages capacity, and a minimum 2-year comprehensive local on-site warranty with spare parts availability for 3 years. Additional features include an Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) with minimum 100 sheets, photocopy speed of 55 ppm, 1st copy out time under 10 seconds, 600 x 600 dpi resolution, auto duplex scanning, and support for multiple scan modes and file formats. Bidders must be registered with FBR as active taxpayers, have at least two years of experience supplying photocopiers in Pakistan, and provide valid authorization from the OEM or authorized dealership. The bid security must be submitted as a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft in the name of Director (Development) Central NTC. The original bid security must be physically submitted to NTC Telephone Exchange, 1st Floor, Garden Town, Kalma Chowk, Lahore before the bid submission deadline. The deadline for electronic bid submission on EPADS v2.0 is Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
