Procurement of IT Equipment (Laptops, Desktop Computers, Printers & Scanners) on DDP Basis

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of IT Equipment on DDP basis for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement includes the supply of high-quality laptops, desktop computers, laser multifunction printers, and scanners to be delivered at the Central Directorate, NTC Telephone Exchange, 1st Floor, Kalma Chowk, Garden Town Lahore. Items being procured:\n- Laptops (9 units)\n- Desktop Computers (5 units)\n- Laser Printers (Multi-function) (9 units)\n- Scanners (2 units)\n The technical specifications require renowned brands such as Lenovo, HP, Dell, Canon, Xerox, Epson, or equivalent with minimum warranty of one year locally. Laptops must have Intel Core Ultra 5 latest generation processors, 16 GB DDR5 RAM, 512 GB NVMe SSD, 14-16 inch FHD anti-glare display, Windows 11 OEM licensed, and accessories including branded carry cases and Bluetooth mouse. Desktop computers require similar processor and memory specs, tower chassis, 20-22 inch FHD LED monitors, and Windows 11 OEM licensed. Laser printers must support print, copy, scan functions with at least 20 ppm speed and 600 dpi resolution. Scanners require auto duplex scanning, 30 ppm speed, 600 dpi resolution, and compatibility with multiple file formats. Bidders must be registered with FBR as active taxpayers, have at least one year of relevant supply experience, and provide valid OEM authorization certificates. Bid security of PKR 105,404 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal before **November 11, 2026, 11:00 AM**. Original bid security must be submitted physically at NTC Telephone Exchange, Lahore before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
