Procurement of 90,000 (±15%) Kgs Polyethylene Sheets for Year 2026-27

The Commercial Wing of Pakistan Agricultural Storage & Services Corporation (PASSCO) based in Lahore is procuring 90,000 (±15%) kilograms of Polyethylene Sheets for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the budget for FY 2025-26 and aims to supply high-quality virgin polyethylene sheets to meet operational requirements. The technical scope includes supply of polyethylene sheets in 72-inch width rolls with a double wall thickness of 0.30 mm (±0.02 micrometers). The sheets must be virgin polyethylene as the base polymer and properly packed with wrappers marked as PASSCO – 2026. The delivery location is all over Pakistan with a firm delivery deadline of June 30, 2026. Eligible bidders must provide two samples for lab testing at a government lab, bear the testing charges, and demonstrate prior experience supplying at least 10,000 Kgs per year over the last three years. Audited financial statements for the last three years signed by a chartered accountant are mandatory. Bidders must also submit valid tax registrations and affidavits confirming non-blacklisting and compliance with quality standards. The tender follows a National Single Stage-One Envelope procurement method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
