Procurement of Printing Material for Directorate of Research Centre for Conservation of Indigenous Breeds (RCCIB), Jhang

The Directorate of Research Centre for Conservation of Indigenous Breeds (RCCIB), Jhang, under the L&DD Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of printing material under a frame work contract for the year 2026-2027. This procurement is part of the development scheme 'CM Punjab Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase IV)' with a budget allocation of Rs. 1.5 Million. The procurement targets well reputed manufacturers, firms, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers or service providers with established credentials, financial and managerial capabilities, and registration with income and sales tax departments. Items being procured: - Printing Material The tender allows for quantity adjustments based on fund availability and quoted rates. The bidding follows a single stage two envelopes procedure as per PPRA Rule No.38 (2)(a) with technical and financial proposals submitted separately online. The technical proposal submission deadline is 26.09.2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening at 10:30 AM the same day. Financial proposals of technically responsive bids will be opened on 05.10.2026 at 10:00 AM. A bid security/earnest money of 2% of the estimated price is required in the form of PSID from any scheduled bank in favor of the Director RCCIB, L&DD Punjab Lahore. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules 2014.
