Procurement of Printing Material and Equipment for Financial Year 2026-27

The Printing & Stationery Department of Azad Jammu & Kashmir in Muzaffarabad invites bids for the procurement of printing material and equipment for the financial year 2026-27 under AJK PPRA rules. Items being procured include printing material, equipment, papers, board, card, coated plates, and inks. The procurement will be conducted on a FOR basis at the Printing & Stationery Department located near Bank Road, Neelum Bridge, Muzaffarabad. Interested and eligible bidders must obtain detailed documents and item specifications from the office of the Admin Officer upon payment of Rs. 2000.00. Bidding will follow an open competitive procedure with a single-stage one-envelope system as per AJK PPRA rules. A Call Deposit Receipt of Rs. 2 million is required as bid security. Bids must contain separate financial and technical proposals in a single envelope and be submitted to the Office of Manager/Admin Officer by 11:00 am on 03-09-2026. Bid opening will occur at 11:30 am the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to modify the items offered. Payment will be made after ensuring complete and safe supply as per the supply order. All applicable taxes and charges will be deducted according to prevailing laws. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
