Procurement of Printing, Photocopying, Scanning & Binding Services for FIEDMC Corporate Office Sahianwala

The Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development & Management Company (FIEDMC) invites eligible bidders for the procurement of services related to printing, photocopying, scanning, and binding for its Corporate Office located in Sahianwala, Faisalabad. This procurement is conducted through an open competitive bidding process electronically via E-Procurement under rule 38(2-a) of PPR-14 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with least cost selection method based on cumulative bids. Items being procured: - Printing Services - Photocopying Services - Scanning Services - Binding Services The scope includes provision of non-consulting services to support the daily operational needs of the FIEDMC Corporate Office. Bidders must upload their technical and financial bids in PDF format along with all required supporting documents as per eligibility criteria. The estimated cost for this procurement is Rs. 4.5 million inclusive of all taxes, with a required bid security of Rs. 135,000. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and E-Procurement portal websites (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx and ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement portal by the deadline of 6th November 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the FIEDMC Corporate Office. Bid security amounting to 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally via 1link/Bank Guarantee options through the E-Procurement portal on or before the closing date and time. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of bid opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. Incomplete or conditional bids will not be considered.
