Procurement of Purified Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) Vaccine for CFY 2026-27

The Livestock & Dairy Development Department Punjab Lahore invites E-bids (Technical & Financial) on the E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM for the procurement of Purified Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) Vaccine for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelops bidding procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, amended from time to time. The delivery will be free to consignee's end with an estimated cost of Rs. 1726.404 million. Items being procured: - CM: Punjab Livestock Card Phase-2 (Rs. 170.15 million) - CM: Punjab Progressive Control of Foot and Mouth Disease (Rs. 56.254 million) - Purchase of FMD - Non Development Side (Rs. 1500.00 million) Detailed specifications along with quantities of the Purified Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) Vaccine are provided in the bidding documents including technical and financial proposals. The procurement covers supply of vaccines to designated consignee locations within Punjab province. Eligibility criteria include registration on the PPRA and E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM portals, submission of item-wise original bid security at 2% of the estimated quoted amount in the form of CDR from any scheduled bank in the name of Director General (Ext.), L&DD Punjab Lahore. The bid validity period is until 30.06.2027. Pre-qualified firms/bidders must upload their bids and securities on the E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM by the deadline. The last date for uploading bidding documents is 10-09-2026 till 01:00 PM, with technical bids opening on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Director General (Extension) L&DD Department, Livestock Complex, 16-Cooper Road, Lahore. Late or physically submitted bids will not be entertained.
