Procurement of Push Rod for M1 Machine

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of Push Rod for M1 Machine under PPRA and MoDP rules. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the specified guidelines. Items being procured: - Push Rod for M1 Machine (quantity and details as per Appendix-I to Annexure 'A') The delivery period is 8 months after signing of the contract. Bidders must submit a photocopy of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letter issued by HIT, attested registration certificate from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, audit reports for last 3 financial years, attested bank statement for one year, attested CNIC copy of Managing Director, trade link certificate between firm and OEM if distributor/agent, judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming no default or blacklisting, details of contracts for last 3 financial years or works experience with government or semi-government organizations, registration letter with government/semi-government organizations if any, and a postal order of Rs 2,000 in favor of Director SCM HIT Taxila.
