Tender Description
This tender invites bids from qualified firms in Islamabad for the procurement of PVC cards, vaccination cards, treatment/medical prescription pads, moavineen jackets, and caps for Hajj 2026 arrangements under the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony. The scope covers supply of printed stationery items and uniform textiles meeting strict specifications to ensure quality and durability for the Hajj season.
The procurement requires adherence to detailed technical specifications including approved samples for all items. The PVC and vaccination cards must be durable and printed with precision, while treatment pads should meet medical documentation standards. Moavineen jackets and caps must be manufactured from quality textiles suitable for outdoor use during Hajj. The delivery location is Islamabad, and vendors must ensure timely supply to meet the event schedule.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, possess a valid vendor number from AGPR Islamabad, and provide an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted. Compliance with FBR and ATL requirements for the financial year 2025-26 is mandatory. The bid security of 5% of the quoted amount must be submitted with the bid. The Ministry reserves the right to inspect and reject non-compliant items.
The submission deadline is set for 18th February 2026 at 10:00 am, with bid opening at 10:30 am the same day. Bids must be submitted physically to the Section Officer (General), Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, 1st Floor, TUV Kohsar Block, New Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Only sealed hard copy submissions will be accepted.
