Procurement of PVC Storage Cabinets, Furniture, Networking Equipment, Computers, Signage, AC, and Electric Transformers by Board of Revenue Punjab

The Board of Revenue Punjab in Lahore invites sealed bids for the procurement of various items under the Single Stage Two Envelope Method as per PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Rules (amended). Eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities and registration bodies may participate in one or more lots. Items being procured: - Lot 1: PVC Storage cabinets and back shelved with modern hardware (8572 sqt) - Lot 2: i. Center table with two side tables (10 units) ii. Chair for visitors (70 units) iii. Café furniture (1 unit) - Lot 3: Repair of old furniture (1 unit) - Lot 4: Networking for internet for High-Speed Internet facilities, Lan Cards, Wifi Devices, Networking cables, routers, CCTV Cameras and allied equipment (1 unit) - Lot 5: i. Desktop computer with UPS (50 units) ii. Printers (50 units) iii. Scanners (25 units) - Lot 6: i. Signage (10 units) ii. Ceiling fans (56 inch) along with installation (120 units) iii. Water dispensers (60 units) - Lot 7: AC 1.5 Ton (Inverter Heat & Cool) along with installation (10 units) - Lot 8: Electric Transformers (500 KVA) and High Voltage Cables (1 unit) (Approved by LESCO) The procurement covers a wide range of goods including office furniture, IT equipment, networking and security devices, electrical appliances, and repair services. Bidders must be registered with the E-PAD system developed by PPRA and submit technical and financial proposals online through the E-PADS portal. The last date for submission of bids on EPADS is **14th September 2026 (Monday) till 12:00 p.m.** with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 p.m. Bidders should ensure compliance with all registration and tax requirements and prepare their bids carefully to avoid disqualification. Earnest money in the form of 3% CDR is required for each lot.
