Procurement of Raw Materials for Furniture Manufacturing at SIDB Woodworking Centers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Small Industries Development Board (SIDB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding for the procurement of raw materials for furniture manufacturing at SIDB Woodworking Centers located in Peshawar, D.I. Khan, Karak, Mansehra, Haripur, Timergara, Batkhela, Swat, and Chitral. This procurement is aimed at supporting the woodworking centers to enhance production capacity and quality. Items being procured: - Lot-I: CR Steel Pipes, Paint Polish materials - Lot-II: MDF Boards, Chipboards, V Boards, Lamination Boards & Formic & Hard Board - Lot-III: Wood Cut Materials different Items - Lot-IV: Logs Shisham, Kiker, Mulberry Woods - Lot-V: Foam, Upholstery (Cloth for Sofa & Chairs, Rexene, Markeen) & Super Shisham Veneer, Revolving Pedestals (Computer, Fix, Hydraulic Stool, Automatic, spring, imported chairs) Each lot will be evaluated independently with distinct criteria as prescribed in the bid solicitation documents. The procurement follows the KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014 (as amended) and the e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal (e-PAD) Rules 2025. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) in favor of Project Manager, Pak German Wood Working Centre Peshawar is required. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on the e-PAD system, while the original must be submitted to the Pak German WWC office in Peshawar by the deadline. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 4,000/- payable to SIDB Pak German Wood Working Centre through the specified IBAN account is also mandatory. Bids must be submitted by uploading scanned copies on the EPADS system by 07-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical bid opening will be held the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the MD Office at Small Industrial Estate Kohat Road Peshawar. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted.
