Procurement of Raw Materials and Spares by Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules for raw materials and spares as per Annexure A. The delivery period is six months after signing the contract. Items being procured: - Raw Materials - Spares Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations if applicable. Attested copies of registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of the CEO or Director must be provided. Trade links between the firm and OEM (distributor/agent) should be documented. A judicial paper worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization is mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 07 September 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day.
