Annual Tender for Supply of Surgical & Disposable Items (PEADS) at National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Karachi

The National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD), Karachi, invites bids for the Annual Tender for Supply of Surgical & Disposable Items (PEADS) for the fiscal year 2026-2027. The technical scope requires that all goods must be new, CE Marked / FDA & DRAP approved where applicable, and comply with detailed technical specifications. Samples must be submitted three days prior to technical bid opening. Delivery timelines are 30 days for local items and 90 days for imported items. Bidders must be manufacturers, importers, or their authorized distributors with valid registration and active taxpayer status. Earnest Money of 2% of the bid price is required in the form of call deposit, pay order, or bank guarantee. The contract includes a 12-month warranty period and requires performance security of 3% of the contract price.
