Procurement of RO (Reverse Osmosis) Plant for Drinking Water

The Research Centre for Conservation of Indigenous Breeds (RCCIB), Jhang under the L&DD Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of a RO (Reverse Osmosis) plant for drinking water for the year 2026-2027. This procurement is part of the CM Punjab Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase I) development project with a budget allocation of Rs. 2.00 million. The procurement targets reputed manufacturers, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers with established credentials, financial and managerial capabilities, and valid income and sales tax registration. Items being procured: - RO (Reverse Osmosis) plant for Drinking Water (1 No.) The quantities may be adjusted based on fund availability and quoted rates. Bidders must download bidding documents from the E-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) which contain detailed terms, conditions, and specifications free of cost from the date of uploading. The bidding procedure follows a single stage two envelope system as per PPRA Rule No. 38 (2)(a) with bids submitted electronically on the E-Procurement portal. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded separately. The technical proposals will be opened on 25.09.2026 at 10:30 AM, while financial proposals of technically responsive bids will be opened on 03.10.2026 at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Earnest money of 2% of the total estimated price must be submitted via PSID generated from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of the Director RCCIB, Jhang. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the e-procurement submission guidelines and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
