Tender Description
Government College University Faisalabad invites contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current year to participate in an e-procurement tender for replacement of the main underground water supply line around the Basic Science Block at the main campus.
Items being procured:
- Replacement of main underground water supply line around Basic Science Block at Main Campus, Government College University Faisalabad
The work involves civil and plumbing tasks to replace the existing underground water supply line ensuring improved water distribution at the university campus. The project is located in Faisalabad, Punjab.
Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC and comply with PPRA Rules 2014 and its amendments. Bidders should have valid FBR registration and must submit earnest money of Rs. 112,000. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Technical bids must be complete with signed DNIT and rates quoted in figures and words. Power of Attorney on E-stamp, CNIC copy, active NTN, PRA certificate, and at least two completed contracts of similar nature and cost are mandatory. Corrupt or unreadable e-bids will be rejected as per PPRA Regulations-2024.
The tender will be opened on the same day of closing at 11:30 AM via the e-procurement system. If the opening day is a public holiday, it will be opened the next working day. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
