Procurement of Safety Shoes and Gum Shoes for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL)

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of Safety Shoes and Gum Shoes under tender LET/049/26 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is intended to supply operational staff with protective footwear to ensure safety in field, office, and hazardous environments in Lahore. Items being procured: - Safety Shoes in sizes 40 to 45 (total quantity 3,120 pairs) to be delivered at Base Store Manga, 38-KM, Multan Road, Lahore - Gum Shoes in sizes 41 to 45 (total quantity 135 pairs) to be delivered at Base Store Manga, 38-KM, Multan Road, Lahore The Safety Shoes must be made of full grain cow or buffalo leather, black in color, with steel toe caps capable of withstanding 200 joules impact, steel mid-sole plates, neoprene or polyurethane soles, anti-static, water penetration resistant, fuel/oil resistant, and ankle-high padded collars. Gum Shoes must be knee-high PVC/rubber, black, with steel toe caps and mid-sole plates, acid, oil and chemical resistant, anti-slip, antistatic, and waterproof, certified to EN 20345-S5 or equivalent. Bidders must submit samples along with bids: 2 pairs of Safety Shoes (non-returnable) and 1 pair of Gum Shoes (returnable). Pay Order/CDR of Rs. 15,000/- non-refundable is required for sample testing. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified. Technical compliance will be strictly evaluated. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 02:30 PM. Original bid security must be physically submitted to Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore before the deadline. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM on EPADS. Manual bids will not be accepted. Eligibility requires valid FBR registration, professional tax clearance for FY 2026-27, and compliance with all tender terms. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
