Purchase of Student Uniform and Shoes for Students 2026-27

Govt. Special Education Centre Muridkey Distt. Sheikhupura invites tenders for the purchase of Student Uniform kits and Shoes for Boys and Girls Special Students for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement covers uniform kits for approximately 230 students. Items being procured: - Student Uniform Kits for Boys and Girls (230 Students) - Shoes for Students The tender documents are available for download from the E-Procurement system and must be uploaded free of cost on the same platform. The tender closing date is 16-10-2026 at 09:30 am, with opening at 10:00 am at the Principal office of Govt. Special Education Centre Muridkey. The estimated cost is Rs. 5,000,000/- with a bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 250,000/- in the form of CDR payable to the Principal Govt. Special Education Centre Muridkey Distt. Sheikhupura. The successful bidder must furnish a bank guarantee of 10% of the contract amount before issuance of the supply order as per Clause 56 PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must enclose attested copies of CNIC, sales tax, and income tax registration. Tenders with any cutting or overwriting will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel all tenders without assigning any reason. Firms must be GST and income tax compliant and not blacklisted or involved in litigation with any department. The number of uniform kits can be variable and payment depends on the availability or release of the budget. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure timely submission on the E-Procurement system to avoid disqualification.
