Procurement of T-2084 Screw Driver 8", Screw Driver 12", Phase Tester/Beeper, Chain Pulley 1.5 Ton & Wooden Saw

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of various hand tools and equipment required for power utility field applications in Quetta, Balochistan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must register on EPADS to participate and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 02:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM. Items being procured: - Screw Driver 8" (Quantity: 247 units) - Screw Driver 12" (Quantity: 421 units) - Phase Tester/Beeper (Quantity: 52 units) - Chain Pulley 1.5 Ton (Quantity: 75 units) - Wooden Saw (Quantity: 75 units) All items must conform to the approved specifications and samples as evaluated by the QESCO Sample Selection Committee, focusing on workmanship, material quality, functional performance, durability, safety, ease of operation, and suitability for power utility field applications. The delivery location is QESCO Regional Store, Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk, Quetta, with delivery schedules split into two periods: 1 to 60 days and 61 to 120 days. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with relevant authorities such as FBR and PEC, satisfactory past performance with QESCO or other DISCOs, and submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bidders must also comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents. Technical bids and financial bids will be evaluated using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission of all required documents and bid security. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
