Procurement of Security Guards, Arms and Ammunition at Institute of Mother & Child Health Nawabshah

The Institute of Mother & Child Health Nawabshah (SBA) invites bids for the procurement and provision of security guards, arms, and ammunition for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for security services at the Institute located on Main Qazi Ahmed Road, Nawabshah (SBA), Sindh. Items being procured: - Security Guards Civilian or Retired from Defense Forces: 37 persons - Qualified Ex-Servicemen/Civilians: 3 persons with good knowledge about arms and ammunition safety and use The scope includes providing round-the-clock (24/7) security services including holidays. Guards must be physically fit, disciplined, polite, courteous, smartly dressed in uniform, and capable of handling VIPs, staff, patients, and attendants. The security company will be responsible for theft prevention of hospital property including vehicles. Guards must not be older than 45 years and must display their names on uniforms for identification. The company must arrange surprise checks and provide whistles, torches, and sticks to guards on duty. A quick response force must be constituted to control mobs and coordinate with CCTV and hospital administration. Retired army personnel are preferred. Eligibility criteria include valid National Tax Number, General Sales Tax Certificate, Professional Tax Certificate, Chamber of Commerce membership, EOBI and SESSI certificates, Pakistan Security Agencies Association certificate, licenses from Ministry of Interior and Home Department Government of Sindh, police clearance certificates, and ISO 9001/45001 certifications. Bidders must have at least three years' experience in teaching hospitals, last three years' income tax returns with minimum turnover of Rs. 100 million, and provide earnest money of 2% of bid value via pay order/bank draft.
