Tender Description
The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites electronic bids for the procurement of silage for experimental animals on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is managed by the Department of Theriogenology at UVAS Lahore. Bidders eligible to participate include manufacturers, exclusive authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors, and suppliers registered with income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST), and Professional Tax registered firms.

- Silage for experimental animals
The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement System using a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must submit their bids electronically by 03-09-2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. through the Punjab E-Procurement System in the presence of bidders. A bid security of 2% CDR amounting to Rs. 28,800 (refundable) of the estimated price Rs. 1,440,000 must be processed with the bid as per Punjab E-Procurement System rules.
